In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and the Rules that Govern it, ICRDO LA MANCHA hereby notifies users of www.lamanchawines.com, that data supplied via the web site on the corresponding contact forms, WhatsApp list and electronic mails received requesting information or sending a CV and/or data supplied when subscribing to receive the newsletter, and that are considered to be personal data, will be added to files and handled automatically or manually by ICRDO LA MANCHA as owner of the file, in AVDA. CRIPTANA 73, 13600, Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real). These files are registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in compliance with current legislation and the rules governing it.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any event, for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data supplied, and undertake to keep such data duly updated. Users also guarantee that they are over 14 years of age.

The purpose of handling the data is to process requests made via the web site, either using the contact form or any other type of online document, or sent by electronic mail.
