It’s Time again!! Our 2nd La Mancha Wine Tour!! is about to star! OCTOBER 18…

I am so excited!, we have lots of great wines for you to taste!!!  This Time we’re in Los Angeles, a bastion of great restaurants, professional  winos and lots of Spanish History .    Once you read this you should know that the area known as Alta California was under Spanish rule 1769 -1821.

The  governor  was Felipe de Neve, who also founded the city of  Nuestra Senora de Los Angeles de Porciuncula, the riiver that irrigates the Santa Clara Valley. The city of Los Angeles became the Capital of California then; it didn’t move to Sacramento until 1854. You might like to know that California had 5 diferent flags North to south once !!

Our next stop is  Dallas Texas!! another great city of fine dinning and increasing followers of Spanish Tintos.!!

Our La Mancha DO Director, a delegation of 13 producers  and myself  are bringing the flag of great wines, with great price quality ratios!! from the center of Spain!    La Mancha is the largest Denomination of Origin in Spain.   There is plenty  of Airen, Macabeo, Verdejo, all white grapes.  And don’t forget the flagship Cencibel, also known as Tempranillo, and other blends for you to enjoy .  Some of these wines are  vinified in stainless steel others in French oak, still others in American oak.  You’ll be the judge and the lucky buyer!!

Ahhh…..Don forget great Tapas too along with these wines !!  Make sure you come on time to our seminars one hour before the walk around tasting!!

Salud!!

Y Viva Il VINO! y Mucha Mancha!!
